Restorative Yoga with Essential Oils
This is an amazing class to settle yourself, relax and restore! Each class includes floor postures with bolsters and other props so your physical body can be supported and at ease. We include essential oils to our practice to add to our feeling of calm.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a more passive form of yoga where we hold seated postures for an extended time. In this way we allow the body to open deeply and find also that Yin brings this same expansive quality to the mind. Suitable for new and experienced yogis, athletes, those with very busy schedules, this practice really can benefit all who are interested.
Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is suitable for new yogis or those wanting a relaxing and easeful practice. We will practice primarily seated postures with the chance of a few gentle standing postures following a slower pace. This class will leave you feeling open, relaxed and refreshed.
Yoga Basics
Our Yoga Basics class is designed for beginners and students who wish to practice the foundations of yoga. We will explore breathing techniques, essential asana postures, and other key elements of yoga. You can expect a more gentle class that incorporates building strength, balance, and working with flexibility. We end our class with relaxation, often incorporating meditation and essential oils.
Slow Flow Yoga
This slower paced Vinyasa class brings balance, spaciousness and increased strength.
The body gets a full range of movement, linking everything through breath awareness. A great class for those wishing to strengthen in a meditative way. This class allows you to slow down
and get in touch with your inner harmony.
Wake Up & Flow
Wake up and shine your inner light with our mixed levels flow class.
We will explore elements of standing, balancing, stretching and strengthening postures, all set within a fluid movement of breath connection. This is an energizing practice
and a wonderful start to your day.
Vinyasa Yoga
Our Vinyasa class links a wide variety of postures to create strength, balance and clarity. This class allows us to be rooted in classical postures and sequences, as well as the freedom to explore with modern interpretations of asana. In this practice we begin to draw our focus inward, creating a moving meditation. Experience the healing benefits of a strong yoga practice with our Vinyasa classes.
Our classes begin promptly at the times listed.
The studio is open at least 15 minutes prior to each class.
Please arrive early, unroll your mat and meet your fellow yogis.
We do lock our studio doors shortly after class begins, as we are on street level.

These full and half day retreats are designed for yogis who would like to expand on their current practice, going deeper into the heart of yoga. Retreats will occur on a regular basis to encourage and build an ongoing exploration. We will come together to experience the essence of a retreat in a format accessible for those with day jobs and family commitments that may make taking longer retreats challenging.

Have you ever wanted to share the practice of yoga with your friends, family, neighbors or co-workers? Our Special Occasion Yoga Sessions are designed for birthdays, family & friend celebrations, weddings, mindful workplace engagements and other sweet gatherings of your loved ones. Bring your group together for a private yoga or meditation session in our studio. Our class will be suited to your special occasion. This is a wonderful way to share the gift of conscious space with others. Sessions can be created for groups that have never practiced yoga or meditation, we welcome all to enjoy these contemplative practices.
